Race 1 will be a very short, very smashy effort with draft switched off. So a mass-start iTT (TT bikes recommended). 2km is the minimum we can have, but that’s perfect. On Tempus it takes about 3 minutes. Then there will be ~12 minutes of recovery before race 2.
Race 2 will be a normal drafting race about 20-30 minutes, so we should be all done in well under an hour. For race 2 a road bike will be best.
We’re starting with all riders together in one pen. If we start getting larger numbers of entrants we might split it up a bit. But for now it’s a short race pair of smashy fun. I’ve set up a league on ZwiftPower, which can be found here.

December 2025 Friday Smash League Results
As you can see, it is important to do both races if you want to do well in the League. The points are simple. 30 for win and decrementing by 1 for each place. If we get more than 30 people I will increase it for all events in the month so that the scoring is fair.
